The terry cloth is nice and soft against the skin, and I've found that it is a little less absorbent than flannel. However the terry cloth seems to keep the skin drier, and draws the moisture to the flannel layer. Velcro optional on the shaped Plushie. They sell only one size of pre-fold that supposedly fits all sizes of adults.
